First Aid for the NBDE Part I is not meant to be a comprehensive review text; nor is it meant to be used as a substitute for a lack of studying during the first two years of dental school. As you study each topic, refer to the corresponding section in this book for a concise review or self-test. You may even want to make your own notes in the margins or highlight particular facts.
